Venerable Phra Mana Viriyarampo is a prominent figure in the Buddhist community and is the abbot at the Sunnataram Forest Monastery in Bundanoon NSW. Situated in the southern highlands, it is a tranquil, peaceful place dedicated to improving human qualities through meditation, retreats, Tai Chi, Yoga and Buddhist teachings. The Guided Meditation to Conclusions on track four runs for 41 minutes and first discusses posture, encouraging you to find the most comfortable position you can ? be it sitting or laying. Phra Mana Viriyarampo then asks you to think about kindness; about the unconditional love the Buddha offers every living soul. He invites you to visualise the smiling face of Buddha in statues and paintings; to absorb his living kindness into your heart. When your heart is filled with kindness, project it outwards to all living beings and rejoice in your good deeds. Let all be free from pain and suffering. May all be happy at heart.
